91, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2014 in Westminster, Colorado. Born March 31, 1923 in Laramie, Wyoming to Pedro and Maria Arroyo. Felix is survived by his loving family; daughter Mary (John) Casillan, 8 grandchildren; John Casillan, Mike Casillan, Felisa (James) Urdiales, Jason (Chelise) Casillan, Pedro (Cindy) Arroyo, Yvonne Delrio, Felix Arroyo, and Yolanda (Jorge) Arroyo, 7 great grandchildren; Joshua, Karissa, Jordan, Jayden, Delrey, Jovan, and Amanda, also two great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ann (Montoya) Arroyo, his parents, son Pedro Arroyo, and daughter in law Theresa Arroyo.
Visitation Wednesday, December 3, 2014, 5pm to 7pm. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 7pm. Services Thursday, December 4, 2014, 10am at Olinger Highland Chapel. He will be laid to rest with military honors at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 12pm on Thursday, staging area "A".
