George C. Halte was born on April 3, 1949 in Chandler, Arizona to parents William Frederick Halte Sr. and Ruby Eleanor Romine. He passed away on March 14, 2011 in Lafayette, Colorado. He worked as a Track Maintenance Manager for Union Pacific Railroad. He was an expert woodworker. He loved building things. He also was a fan of Elvis Presley. He is survived by his wife Lorena Rich Halte and many other lovng relatives and friends. Memorial Service is Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 1:00PM at Olinger Highland Mortuary. Graveside Service to follow at 2:00PM at Olinger Highland Cemetery, Thornton, Colorado. George will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him.
