Giles was a devoted husband of 65 years. He was his wife's constant companion, best friend and protector right to the end of her life one year ago.
He was a father to two sons. A father who taught by example, showing us patience, giving us his love and gentle guidance. He truly was a father all fathers should aspire to be. He was a loving Grandpa to Sarah and created many great memories for her.
He was always "the guy" who his friends and neighbors knew they could call for help.
Each day, from this day forward, will be a struggle without him.
