

Born on January 31, 1949, in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Jackie was the beloved daughter of Ray and Carmen Howard. She grew up surrounded by a large and loving family and graduated from Adams City High School. On September 17, 1976, she married the love of her life, Michael Saulton, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together, they built a beautiful life in Westminster, Colorado, filled with devotion to family and community.
Jackie dedicated her professional life to public service, working for the State of Colorado. She was known for her unwavering commitment, compassionate nature, and a strong work ethic that earned her the respect of her colleagues. Outside of work, she was an active member of Highland Baptist Church for 24 years, where she cultivated meaningful relationships and deepened her faith.
Jackie had a deep love for life and a joyful spirit. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards, and was an avid collector of just about anything that caught her eye. Her curiosity and zest for life were matched only by the warmth and kindness she showed to everyone she met. As a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, she created a legacy of love, laughter, and generosity.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Michael Saulton; her cherished children, Samantha and Michael Jr.; her treasured grandchildren, Angela, Landon, Julia, Madalynn, and Rebekah; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Jessica and Leo. Jackie is also survived by her siblings Carol, Barbara, Ray (James), Michael, Robert, and Kimberly.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Carmen and Ray Howard, her dear siblings Marilyn and Kenny, and her granddaughter Monica, all of whom she held close in her heart.
A celebration of Jackie’s life will be held on Friday, June 13th at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Baptist Church, located at 9185 Utica Street. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend.
Jacqueline Judith Saulton lived a life defined by joy, kindness, and care. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
