Jakob David Welch

Jakob is survived by his mother, Christina A. Hernández (Ayers Keller); father, Gary G. Welch; siblings, Justin M. Welch, Daisy M. Welch and James "Alex" Welch; maternal grandparents, Rafael Hernández and Leonides Hernández; paternal grandparents, Montie L. Welch and Ana L. Welch; aunts and uncles, Veronica Gonzalez, Asahel Hernández, Eliel Hernández, Linda Romero, Janis Bernard and Ellen East; cousins Valy, Vicky, Edgar, Allan, Helena, Emi, Fernandito, Christian, Bella, Lauren and Luke; and by a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his baby cousin Sophia Hernández in 2013.

Public visitation Monday, October 27th, 6:00-7:00pm at Edgewater Apostolic Church, 2098 Pierce St., Edgewater, CO 80214. Service will start at 7:00pm, followed by an evening reception - all at the church.

Public visitation and brief service Tuesday, October 28th, 9:00-10:00am at the church.

Family and guests will leave the church at 10:00am to process to Olinger Highland Cemetery, 10201 Grant St., Thornton, CO 80229 for a graveside service at 11:00am.
