Janice was born on June 7, 1946, in Sterling, Colorado, to Carl and Esther Schad. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Richard (Rick) Jacobsen, as well as many cousins, family members, and friends.
Janice was a talented and creative soul who enjoyed painting, making jewelry, and playing the piano. Her warmth and creativity touched the lives of all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held on November 13, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery, 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in Janice’s memory.
She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
