Leonard was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Doris Ann (Stiltner) Muniz. He is survived by his fiancée, Catherine Applehans; his children, Christina Canterbury (James), Mark Muniz (Diane), Deborah Osterman, and Valerie Chartier (Jeff); eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Leonard proudly served in the United States Navy and later earned his bachelor’s degree. Throughout his life, he generously gave his time and resources by volunteering and supporting many worthy causes. He and his wife, Doris, also shared a love of travel and explored the world together, creating treasured memories along the way.
Leonard will be remembered with love by his family and all who knew him. His memory will live on through the generations of family he leaves behind.
