Louise E. Valdez of Denver, Colorado passed away September 12, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Louise was born January 8, 1941 in Agua Ramon, Colorado to Ernesto and Odulia (Arellano) Galvan. Louise will be remembered by her incredible homemade tortillas and although she loved to cook, her true love was for her husband, Ernest, and her family. She is Survived by Della (Robert Enostrosa), Tina (Gary Perez), Ernie Valdez, Judy Valdez, Rosie Cordova, Jessica (Eddie Barajas) and numerous grandchildren ad great grandchildren. Louise will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A visitation will be held Thursday, September 15 from 4-7pm; funeral services will be Friday, September 16 at 10am. Both at Olinger Highland Mortuary, 10201 Grant, Thornton, Colorado.
