Mabel Rose Blackledge

She was born on August 10, 1934 (Actual 1935) in Mora, New Mexico to Amadeo A Maestas and Maria Antonia Valdez. She is survived by her husband David E. Blackledge, 4 children James Dalton (Patty), Lucille (Steve) Peterson, Josie Dalton and Michael (Jennifer) Blackledge. She is also survived by 11 Grandkids and 14 Precious Great Grandkids. Also surviving are her siblings Eloy Maestas, Vi Benner, Angie (Ron) Parker, and James (Lorraine) Maestas. Along with many nieces and nephews that she would do anything for. She is proceeded in death by both her parents and her siblings Martha Smith, Art Maestas, whom greeted her upon her death.

Mabel was a very kind hearted women with a heart of Gold. She would do anything for anyone at any time to a fault.

Family friend and other whose lives Mabel touched are invited to the Olinger Highland Funeral & Cemetery located 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229 to attend the Viewing from 4-7pm on Tuesday October 13th or the Funeral services on Wednesday October 14th at 1:00pm followed by a burial at 2pm.

There will be no reception to follow with the current COVID conditions.
