She moved to Denver right after high school graduation, where she met Ali Joseph, who became her husband of 49 years until his death in 2000. Mary especially will be remembered for her feisty spirit, speaking her mind, sense of humor, and commitment to family.
Survived by her children, Mike Joseph, John (Sonia) Joseph, Terri (Jim) Taylor, Margie Madsen; grandchildren - Tom Joseph, Dan Joseph, Kylie (Ben) Makuh, Cody (Cassie) Taylor, Cassidy (Danny) Cordova and Lexi Joseph; great grandchildren - Roland, Zella and Frank Makuh, Lucas and Lainey Taylor, Silas, Leo and Hugo Cordova, Freyja and Vigo Joseph. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and her sister-in-laws Marlene Basta and Viki Cardenas.
There will be a graveside service Thursday, Nov. 13 at 1:00 p.m. at Ft. Logan National Cemetery (Section 9, space 888), 4400 W. Kenyon Avenue 80236 where she will be buried next to her husband Ali.
