Matias M. Padilla

Matias M. passed away October 17, 2017 at his home with his loving family by his side. Matias spent a good amount of his life living in New Mexico, where he met and married his loving wife Josie. Matias and Josie enjoyed various activities like bowling, dancing, and even playing and singing in a band together. They were always laughing, loving, and just enjoying each other’s company.

Matias is survived by his loving Brothers Manuel (Margret) Padilla, and Benny (Norma) Padilla, Daughter-in-law Inez Padilla; Grandchildren, Stephanie (Duane) Cardona, Jennifer (Wayne) Young, Joanne (Jay) Satter; his 13 Great Grandchildren; and 9 Great-Great Grandchildren. Matias is proceeded in death by his Loving wife Josie Padilla; his parents Manuel, and Eleanor Padilla; his son Gilbert Padilla; his brothers Tito Padilla; his sister Eva Padilla & Clofias Padilla.

Matias will be deeply missed by his family and friends. A visitation will take place at 12:30 p.m., with the funeral services beginning at 1:30 p.m. with burial to follow on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 located at the Olinger Highland Mortuary Chapel located at 10201 Grant Street in Thornton, Colorado.
