

Nathaniel Brown Sr., was born January 28, 1927 to the union of William and Annie Beatrice Brown Sr., in Childress Texas. Nathaniel attended Mary Etta Price High School. Nathaniel entered into the United States Army at an early age. After receiving an honorable discharge, Nathaniel farmed for many years in the State of Texas. Nathaniel moved to Denver, Co., he worked for Fisher Chevrolet detailing cars in Boulder, Co. Nathaniel worked for Coors Brewery until he retired. Nathaniel obeyed the gospel and was a member of the East Denver, and later became a member of the Park East Churches of Christ. Nathaniel met and married Hermilinda Mitchell in 1965, to that union two sons were born. Nathaniel Brown Jr., and Michael Antonio Brown: added to his family, two daughters, Annette Shaw, Angela Mitchell. Hermilinda was called from her labor too her reward in 1979. Nathaniel met married Glendora Crenshaw in 1982, who laboured together with him for the cause of Christ; many souls were won to Christ. Nathaniel laboured as a Deacon and Director of Evangelism Personal Work for the Park East Church of Christ (Congregation). Nathaniel and Glendora moved to Begs Oklahoma in 1990. There Nathaniel laboured in the prison ministry, brought many souls to Christ. Nathaniel and Glendora moved to Oklahoma City where he continued in the prison ministry, and worshiped at the North East Church of Christ until the Lord called him home. Nathaniel would visit relatives in Oklahoma, Texas, Denver, California. Nathaniel would spend his time visiting the sick and those who had fallen away. He made special trips to encourage his family to repent and live for Christ. We don't know how many souls that were won through the manifold wisdom of God, Nathaniel was a very special servant of Jesus Christ to many souls in Denver and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Nathaniel would travel back and forth from Denver to Texas conversing with his farther about the gospel until he was converted to Christ Jesus. Nathaniel was a lover of the souls of mankind, Nathaniel leaves to mourn his wife Glendora Brown; Sons, Nathaniel Brown Jr., of Anahien California, Michael A, Brown of Carson California. Sister: Hazel Cole of Aurora Colorado. Brother: William Brown Jr., of Amarillo, Texas. Brother and Sisters in-laws. Grandchildren, great grandchildren. Host of Nephews, Nieces, cousins and friends.
