Noemi Lucero Galdean-Calderon

October 8th, 1998- August 31st, 2026

The family of Noemi L. Galdean-Calderon, lovingly known as “Mimi,” is heartbroken to announce her passing on August 31, 2026, at the age of 27.

Colorado was home to Noemi for most of her life. She spent her childhood and teenage years in the Thornton and Commerce City communities, where she formed many lasting friendships during her years at Adams City Middle School and Adams City High School.

Noemi had a beautiful love for music and the arts. She loved to sing and dance, creating and sharing song covers, writing her own lyrics, and expressing herself through music. She was also incredibly goofy, had a wonderful sense of humor, and loved to laugh. Noemi was adventurous, never afraid to take risks, and lived life with a spirit that was uniquely her own.

Above all, Noemi was deeply loved by her family, friends, and everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her laughter, personality, and presence will be remembered and greatly missed by all who loved her.

Noemi is survived by her beloved daughter, Nastasia; her father, Manuel, her stepmother, Linda; and her siblings, Jennifer, Rickie, Genesis, Brianna, Andre, and Josue. She also leaves behind nieces and nephews, extended family members, friends, and loved ones who will carry her memory in their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Yolanda, and both sets of grandparents, Jose Luis and Yolanda and Cruz and Chenome. Noemi’s immediate family will gather to lay her to rest on Friday, October 2, 2026, at Olinger Funeral & Cemetery. This will be a private gathering for immediate family. The family respectfully asks for privacy during this difficult time and appreciates the love, prayers, and support of everyone who knew and cared for Noemi.

A Committal Service will be held at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery, 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229, US, on October 2, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
