For over fifty years, you were a loving Sister-in-law to me. What a great family of which to be a part!

All the wonderful times we spent together...parties, holidays, shopping, movies and playing cards, will always be fondly remembered.

Your artistic flare, intelligence, wit and love were a blessing to all of us.

I will truly miss you.

When we thought of a woman with wisdom and intelligence, we thought of Aunt Pat.  Not just to know the right answer, but to be strong, to know how to laugh or to be somber, to maintain a genuine spirit and a way of lightening our hearts.   I married in to the family and she simply accepted me and welcomed me in. I am so grateful for her and blessed to have known her.  She has a family in Guam who loves her, who will smile when they think of her and are proud to call her Aunt Pat.

It leaves an empty feeling to lose an aunt who is part of my earliest memories and continuously part of my life ever since. I truly & humbly appreciate all the hundreds of little and big things she did for our family - parties, custom-made cards, gifts, paintings & drawings, visits to the hospital, treating Mom like a sister, etc. (and putting up with me and Dad). I'll miss talking with her and asking her all sorts of questions about Denver & Idaho Springs, old books, the meaning and spelling of different words, famous people from the past, her younger years and about the family. I'm really glad she got to retire early and have good, full, satisfying life. It's also nice that because of Shannon & Shelley she never had to leave her home of so many years. She wouldn't have been happy anywhere else. Congratulations Pat for a life well-lived. Thank you on behalf of Susana & me, Malena, Lucy, Marcela, Liliana, Carmen, and Bret(the younger) for being such a good, loyal, kind & loving aunt for so long. We miss you. Your race is run and your earthly body is no longer. Now may you know the light and the love of our Lord forever.

Dear Grandma,
It is strange to think that you aren't here with us anymore.  I'm so thankful for the memories that I will always cherish and am so glad that God gave me you to be my Grandma.  I'm going to miss you.

Dear Pat...I have Momma Kitty with me in Central City. She is safe and warm and is going to be spoiled. Henry misses you to. I am going to miss our luncheon/brunch at the Egg & I.
