Pauline Inez (Valdez) Karlin, 84, of Longmont, Colorado, passed away on April 26, 2024. She was born on August 29, 1939, in Denver, Colorado. Pauline was a loving mother who cared deeply about her family and friends. She was known for her vibrant personality and was a devoted Executive House Wife.
Pauline is survived by her son, Rick Karlin Jr, her daughter, Melissa Caruthers, her husband to Melissa, Jay Caruthers, and her granddaughters, Holly Caruthers and Brooklyn Caruthers. She was preceded in death by her husband and father, Richard L Karlin Sr.
Pauline attended West High School in Denver. She enjoyed being around her family and had a passion for gambling both in the hills and in Las Vegas. Pauline found solace in worship at Holy Cross Catholic Church and Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Parish.
A ceremony to honor and celebrate Pauline's life will be held on May 17th at 2pm at Olinger Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery - Highland, located at 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229. Olinger Funeral home in Thornton, Colorado, is assisting with the arrangements.
