Regina Rae Moore

she was second born to RoseAnn and George Stapleton.

Regina grew up with a large family and attended Alameda High School. She was joined in marriage on October 9th, 1971 to Norman Cypher Sr. Together they raised 2 children, and enjoyed each other’s company. Including many lake trips out to Blue Mesa. Outside of their lake hobbies, Ginny kept a clean tidy house, enjoyed hosting family gatherings, decorating for the holiday seasons, and spending special time with her grandchildren. Regina was re-married in June, 2021 to Monty Moore in Greeley, CO. They enjoyed traveling, flourishing their backyard with fountains and flowers, and spending special time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Some of Regina’s favorite hobbies included decorating for the holidays, baking cookies, cooking meals, shopping, relaxing with manicures and pedicures - her nails always matched the upcoming season! She also had a great love for collecting trinkets, especially frogs, though she did not like the sound of real frogs in her backyard.

Regina is survived by her husband of 5 years, Monty Moore; daughter Tiffany (Rick) Bryant, son Norman Cypher Jr. step-daughter Sapphira (Jonathan) Pearce; grandchildren Joseph Caudill, Mikaela (Jaysan) Anderson, Ryan Caudill, Guy Cypher, Nikki (Curtis) Johnson, Summer Pearce, Graham Pearce; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters Georgeann Hodges, Judy Stapleton, Vicky Stack, Patty (Steve) Coupal, Kathy (James) Hanson; brother George (Johnnie) Stapleton Jr.; sister-in-law Rose Stapleton; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
