OBITUARY

Richard Michael Henry

January 18, 1972October 29, 2019

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Richard Henry. Born in Thornton, CO, he was the son of Michael Earl Henry and Deborah Ann Venerable (deceased). He is survived by his Father Mike and Stepmother Diana Henry, Girlfriend/Soulmate Dianna Marie Saggio and her son Nate, Uncle Bob Henry (Deby), Aunt Becky Henry (Jerry), Uncle Doug Venerable (Debbie), and Stepsister Jennifer Judge (Aaron Gully), Stepbrother Jeffrey Bellio (Lindsay) and Stepsister Lisa Webb (Trevor). He was preceded in death by his Mother Deborah Ann Venerable and his sister Elizabeth (Beth) Ann Henry. He was dearly loved by many nieces and nephews, cousins and by the many, many friends he made throughout his life, especially Steve and Francesca Lontine, Eric Vasquez and all of their beautiful family and our dear family friend Kathy LaBerenz. Rich loved all of you so much. He was good hearted and had a special gift for lighting up the room he was in and making people laugh. He dearly loved the Broncos no matter if they were winning or losing. He loved camping, fishing, playing softball, and “celebrating” afterwards. He and his soulmate Dianna Marie Saggio had so many plans for their future. He will be missed by so many, but we will all cherish our memories and he will be in our hearts forever

Even though I never met Rich, he came alive every Friday as Dianna and I sat in the sunshine during our Friday lunches and talked about her budding romance and overwhelming love for Rich.. her stories said to me that he did all the right things for her and over the course of a year, as we ate and I listened as my amazing friend recognized that there was one man just for her. ...Rich
He will be missed but not forgotten because I’ll always look forward to hearing about him and how wonderful he was for Dianna, my wonderfully sensitive friend .

I had the pleasure of meeting Rich through a friend of mine, Melanie Spain who at the time was engaged to one of Rich’s friends, Martin Kragerud.

My fondest memory of Rich is from, “The Fran” and Steve’s wedding.

Rich and I danced the night away!

My husband of 25 years now, was glad to have someone take me off his hands!😂😂❤️❤️

Rich always took an interest in my family, my business, and my life. We shared many many laughs over beers. He left me with some of the absolute best memories I will ever experience and will never be able to forget! I would like to extend my sincerest condolences to the Henry and the Venerable families, along with his many many dear friends, and of course his soulmate Dianna. The picture I have included was taken on our fantasy football draft day (Aug 2019). He gave me the jersey he had on, as a keepsake. I will forever cherish this gift! Rich was definitely one of a kind and shall never be forgotten!
