Richard “Rich” Ray Mikelson, 79 years old, passed away on January 7th, 2024, at his home in Thornton, CO due to complications due to Alzheimer’s Disease.
Rich was born on March 11th, 1944, to Velma and Donald Mikelson in Castle Rock, CO. He grew up in Brighton, Colorado and graduated from Brighton High School.
Rich was an Air Force Veteran and then a Union Teamster for Keebler for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, bowling, gambling & going to the movies with his family. One of his proudest moments was when he bowled a 300 game in league bowling.
He is survived by his brothers - Don & Ron, his son - Rick Toth, and 6 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife - Kathleen, and son - Jonathan.
