I have been friends with Rob since 1999. I was Rob's boss for a number of years...Rob was one of my main "go to" guys. When we worked together at Mile Hi foods I promoted Rob to an operations manager position as he was always available to fix any issues we had in different areas of the operation. When I moved to Florida to open a new distribution center one of the first calls i made was to Rob. Rob agreed to come to FL to help me open the new DC and to stay on and help run the place. The opening was a huge success and Rob was a major contributor to our success. Rob and I would catch up on the phone quite often to just talk about the business and life. When I moved to Denver for a new job I didn't have a place to live. After discussing this with Rob, he and Steph offered up their basement for me to live in. I was incredibly humbled at their generosity...it blew me away. During my time living with Rob and Steph, Rob and I had many conversations. I always treasured the times that Rob and I had an opportunity to connect. The funniest memory I have of Rob was when we had our company Christmas party at Mile Hi Foods. Rob brought along his comedy partners who did a stand up comedy act. The brought me on stage because I was the boss and they "gave it to me" for about 15 minutes. It was hilarious. I will miss Rob greatly but I am honored to say that Rob was my friend.

Aloha. My name is Rene and I was married to Mike Taylor. Rob was such a great friend to me /us and was so easy to talk to. His smile was remarkable! He was the first to see my 3 rd child Autum when he walked into the house right after she was born. I have never seen such a shocked look before. Lol. Iā€™m so sorry for your loss! Sending Love and Sunshine from Maui !

You truly are going to be missed. I will forever regret not telling you what a great and positive impact you had on my life. You had a hand in the person I have become. You always did show me a different perspective on things that I wouldn't of seen myself. You seriously could find any light in any dark situation. There where many times you were the only one that would sit down next to me and sincerely ask how I was doing in some of my darkest times..... thank you for that!! You had a care free spirit that most wish for. I am honored that I can say I have learned so much from you .... mostly your positive perspective on life that I will do best to pass on to Dre. Your sense of humor is definitely going to be missed, who else is go to tease me and remind me of how I "whine"..... all the time. I especially am glad you were apart of my mom's life, it definitely takes a special person to keep her happy and you managed to master that. šŸ˜. I know you would want all us to carry on with laughter through this hard time. ... so I will do my best to do so. I will miss you.

The first time I met Rob was around Christmas time. There was a lot of family around. I didn't really talk to him much. As time went by I grew to know him more. He always had this sarcastic way about him that not many could understand. I always could. He was funny. He always meant well. I talked to him about a week ago. I hadn't seen him in months. The first thing he did was give me a strong hug. I returned it, because I missed the dude. Now, he will be missed even more. Not just by me, but by everyone else as well. I guess it's true what they say, " You don't know what you've got, 'till it's gone."

My found memory of Rob was that he was very unique in his own way. Had a sense of humor that you would have to give him a look like for real or take to heart. Most of all I loved the way he treated my sister the love, respect he entrusted in my sister she always do her own thing. Rob was a great listener and had great advice he was such a mentor for my sister in heart. Thank you for all that you did for my sister continue to watch over Her be Her universe thanks for the beautiful memories for my sister to hold in her heart ā¤ļø
