Robert (Bob/Rob) Maurice Elliott Jr., 54, formerly of Montrose, Colorado, passed away on Aug. 19, 2021 in Denver, Colorado.
Bob was born on Nov. 4, 1966 in Montrose to Robert Elliott Sr. and Joyce Kretschman Elliott. He graduated from Montrose High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Mesa College.
Bob had a professional career in the financial industry where he was a respected manager of several credit unions.
He had a wonderful sense of humor, a heart for animals and was enthusiastic about golf, fast cars and Star Wars. He loved kids, outdoor markets, salsa, quality cigars and a stiff drink.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Valerie Elliott. Survivors include his beloved cat Mittens, uncles Dick Elliott of Wichita, Kansas, and Bob Kretschman of Grand Junction, Colorado, and numerous cousins and cherished friends.
