Mrs. Sammon was born to Jean and Tony Martinelli on November 19th, 1942 in Pueblo, Colorado where she resided up until the last few years of her life.
In 1982, she married Robert Sammon. Rosemarie had two children from a previous marriage Tina and David Hacker.
In her younger years Rosemarie did modeling and worked in the food industry.
Anyone who knew Rose knew she had a big personality and it always showed in her fun and vibrant style. She loved the holidays and would go all out to decorate her beautiful vintage style home. You were always welcomed in her home with laughs and sweet treats.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Tina, husband Robert and multiple other family members.
She is survived by her son David of New Mexico, sister Fran of Philadelphia, sister Helena of New Mexico, sister Vivian of Colorado, brother Joe of Arizona and multiple nieces and nephews.
The Lord saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around you and whispered, “Come with me”. With tearful eyes, we watched you suffer and saw you fade away, although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, a beautiful smile at rest, God broke our hearts to prove he only takes the best. It’s lonesome here without you We miss you so each day, our lives aren’t the same since you went away. When days are sad and lonely, and everything goes wrong, We seem to hear you whisper, “Cheer up and carry on”. Each time we see your picture, you seem to smile and say, “Don’t cry, I’m in God’s keeping, we’ll meet again someday”.
