Roy was born on June 5, 1981 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Denver, CO.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Carlos and Eufelia Jaramillo; Cibie and Eddie Abeyta, Sr.
Roy is survived by his mother Rose Mary Jaramillo and his father Richard Abeyta (Virginia De Herrera). His children Gabrielle Abeyta and Roy Abeyta, Jr., who he loved more than life. His dearest sister Rachelle Abeyta; Goddaughter Angel Abeyta and nephew Josiah Abeyta.
He is fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 11:00am at St. Mark Catholic Church, 3141 West 96th Avenue, Westminster, CO., 80031.
A Committal Service will follow on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 12:30pm at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery, 10201 Grant Street, Thornton, CO., 80229.
