I have many wonderful memories of Aunt Ruth, from our shared summer family vacations in North Dakota and Denver to the years she and Uncle Dick lived in AZ. I will always cherish the great times our families had together. She was a beautiful, gracious and lovely soul. She will be dearly missed.

I had the privilege of knowing Ruth & Dick since the early 1980's. I always admired how active they were and their very positive outlook on life. They helped me realize that there are not any reasons why I could not be physically active and try to enjoy life as much as they did. I miss both of them very much.

Grandma and Grandpa Doll were amazing grandparents to have growing up. I always had so much fun visiting with them. Went to Keystone CO to bike and walk around, AZ to drive the golf cart everywhere and swim and NM to swim and bike. My grandparents were always active. They loved tennis, biking , walking and playing cards. They loved us grandchildren very much. Love you always!

I have many fond memories with Aunt Ruth, from all the summers in Denver and Garrison, ND, to all the recent times together when I moved back to Colorado in 2010. Aunt Ruth was my mom's sister, and we all had endless hours of fun with them, and us cousins liked to tease them for being so much alike and so funny together! Aunt Ruth was a wonderful person, and I will miss her very much, and I think I speak for all the Powell family as well!

Love you always, Aunt Ruth! -Robert Powell
