Ruth was born June 29, 1943 to Charles and Anna Long in New Castle, PA.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, James W. Rupert and her two brothers Kenneth Long and Thomas Long.
She is survived by her three children Louis Rupert of Gulfport, MS, Barbara Worden(Chip) of Lynn Haven, Fl and Anna Long Rupert of Cheyenne WY.
Two grandsons Eric Rupert of Albuquerque NM, and Bradley Rupert Worden ( Kelley) of Ashburn VA and two great grandchildren Peyton and Tate Worden.
Ruth lived a wonderful God directed life and will be greatly missed.
