
On Wednesday February 15, 2023 Susan Kay (Lund) Paczosa of Thornton, Colorado passed away at the age of 76. She was born on December 14, 1946 to Lorena Marie (Breitung) Lund and John Maurice Lund in Minneapolis Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her former husband Delmar E. Novak (1998) and by her son Todd W.K. Novak (2021). She is survived by Todd’s wife Jennifer and their children Cade and Brittany. She is also survived by her brothers John and Jimmy and her sisters Myrna and Karen. Delmar’s daughters Debbie and Pam have also brought many happy memories to Susan’s life including a time on a family cruise to Alaska in 1998 as part of Delmar’s Celebration of Life.
She was a loving wife for the last 21 years to her husband William J. Paczosa whom she is also survived by. They enjoyed spending some of their time as spectators at the stock car races at Colorado National Speedway, as well as spending time with neighbors. They also visited Hawaii as one of their vacation destinations and both agreed that was a great trip. Susan spent 32 years as a valued employee of Wells Fargo Bank. Her coworkers speak highly of her. Susan had shared throughout the years that she and her coworkers had many conversations and happy moments together as their families grew as well. She was full of energy, had a desire to experience life to the fullest, had a bright smile and was described by her banking customers as helpful and welcoming at the teller counter. She took great pride in being a hard working reliable employee. She retired from the banking business as a bank teller in December of 2018. She will be greatly missed.
A private family Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Susan.
