Suzanne was born in West Covina, CA to Mary Ann and Gary Schick on August 12, 1966. She married Ricky D. Farnsworth on July 14, 1984 in Thornton, CO. She graduated from Thornton High School.
Suzanne is survived by Ricky D. Farnsworth, Her children, Jami (Chris) Skalak and Cody Farnsworth, her grandchild Harper Skalak (10), her Mother Mary Ann Schick, and her Sister Lisa James and her extended family of 6 nieces, 4 nephews and all her in-laws in the Blunt and Farnsworth Family.
Suzanne is preceded in death by her father Gary Schick, and her grandparents, Wayne and Shirley Schick, of Curtis, NE. and Carl and Edith Simmons, of Fairmont, WV.
Funeral services will be held May 24, 2023 at 10:00 am at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery, 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229 with the Andrea Kragerud, officiating. A Celebration of Life will take place on May 27, 2023 from 1:00 – 4:00 at 10943 Memphis St, Commerce City, CO 80022.
