Tara was born on October 30, 1976 in Denver, Colorado to Yvonne Rabb and Charles Lawrence Dailey. Tara was one of 5 children, her sibling are Venecia Aguilar, Danelle Franklin, Chena Rabb and Marcus Rabb. Tara Marie has always remember and shared how she would love to go to “lickety-split” with her mother Yvonne.
Tara met Frank Hardy and later married him on April 1, 2003 in Aurora, Colorado. For them, it was love at first sight. Tara and Frank passed each other on the street one day, gazed into each other’s eyes, and the rest was history. Frank remembers, “Tara was a beautiful woman with the most memorable eyes I’ve ever seen. We were soulmates.” Their marriage was made special from their commitment of being friends and always caring for each other. The accomplishments and goals they achieved together were raising 3 children, Tarance Rabb, RiShawn Rabb and Frederick Hughes.
Tara’s children remember their mother was one-of-a-kind, words cannot explain how beautiful of a person she was. She gave to everyone else even if it was her last, she took care of everyone and always made sure people were comfortable. She made everyone feel as if they were her own. Our mother will always live through us 3 and we promise to do everything we can to make her proud.
Tara had four close friends, John, Shawn, Stephine and Candi. She always had a special bond with her friends and treated them as family. They will miss how joyful and loving she was, and the way she made sure everyone was taken care of.
Tara loved to work on cars, take care of her family, cook and bake cookies. She made the BEST peanut butter cookies you would ever have.
Tara had a strong faith in God and always taught everyone around her how good God is. Her favorite song was Oh Lord I Want to See Him by Jason Walker. Tara would always say “If the Lord is willing.”
Tara would not want us to be sad, be happy that she is not in pain anymore, be happy that she finally gets to be with her mother after so many years.
If Tara were able to say Goodbye her family believes she would say, “I love you with all my heart, and we’ll see you again, If the Lord is Willing.”
“Lord when my soul takes flight, may it rise swiftly to live forever in your love and care”
Tara will be Laid to Rest on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Olinger Highland Mortuary. Due to Covid Restrictions, please check with the family before attending.
