

Tommy K. Wong, age 66, of Littleton, CO passed away on November 18, 2014 in Englewood, CO. Born December 16, 1947 in Bangkok, Thailand to Kok Hee Wong and Man Cheng Tang. Tommy moved to Denver, CO at the age of 19 where he graduated from East High School. As a successful restaurateur, he and his wife owned and ran Chinatown Restaurant in Westminster and subsequently in Thornton, CO for over 20 years. Tommy enjoyed a second career as a blackjack dealer in Black Hawk, CO until his passing. Treasured father, brother, and friend to many, he was a kind-hearted and generous soul who reveled in the joy of making those around him happy. Tommy was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary (August 1991), his parents and nephew, Adam. He is survived by his two children, Rama (Kimberly) and Penelope (Robert) and four grandchildren, Tyler, Addison, Aiden and Stella. He is also survived by five siblings, Susie, Jannie, Maggie, Jennifer and Frankie, as well as many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Olinger Highland Mortuary and Cemetery (10201 North Grant Street, Thornton, CO 80229) on Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 9-11am, reception to follow from 11-noon. All are welcome to the visitation at the same location on Thursday and Friday, November 20-21 from noon-4pm. Floral arrangements may be sent to Olinger Highland Mortuary.
