William, Will, Bill.
I called him my soulmate, my rock and the love of my life.
He was also a colleague, a friend, a boss, a father and he was that with the very best part of himself. He was also teaching everything he knows to all of us and hopefully we were listening. Bill had little time for ignorance and he would give his knowledge to anyone that needed whether they asked for it or not. So if everyone has a thought for a single word description add them all together then you have found him. When we met he had two Huskies and a Malamute, I had a Husky-Aussie. But through his life he saved over 800 Animals. He was dedicated to those animals as if they were his own. He loved his brother John for the long discussions they had on the phone, Helen will always be his little sister who he had a fond memory about a firecracker and her, always ending with him having a loving grin and a laugh. He would say I have two Mom’s that I love and respect. Each played a part in Shaping his life. It broke his heart when his father passed so he tried to be like him. His step sisters Maureen and Lynnette were a special part of his family. I remember when he met my mom and when introduced he called her mom and he loved her like a mom. Some of the proudest moments he had being a father to my three children Nichole, Domonique and Jeffrey You would have never guessed they weren’t his as he loved them so much and he felt he was blessed to have and love them like a true father. When we first met online, and he was probably the first tech who signed onto another computer to resolve issues, and I have issues! He had a joke he liked to tell;
Tech Support: Good Morning, Bill speaking how can I help?
Caller: Hi, my Computer won't power on!
Tech Support: Ok, have you tried pressing the power button
Caller: Yes, I’ve done that and it’s still not working
Tech Support: Okay can you check the cables on the back of the machine?
Caller: I can't
Tech Support: What do you mean you can't?
Caller: It's too Dark
Tech Support: Okay can you turn a light on?
Caller: I can't there is a power outage.
To my GURU, SOULMATE, THE LOVE OF MY LIFE AND MY ROCK this is the best way I can describe you.
In loving memory of a very special husband
When God was making husbands as far as I can see, He made a special soulmate especially for me. He made a perfect gentleman, compassionate and kind, With more love and affection than you could ever wish to find.He gave my darling husband a heart of solid gold only my heart could hold. He was someone I could talk to that no one could replace, He was someone I could laugh with till tears ran down my face. Next time we meet will be at Heaven's door, hen I see you standing there I won't cry anymore. I will put my arms around you and kiss your smiling face, Then the piece of my broken heart will fall back into place. Miss You So Much.
