I have such fond memories of Darwin. His wry smile,  hearty laugh,  and great stories of policing in the olden days.   I was sad to see him leave Tigard,  but happy for his new adventures.  I'm glad even more people had the opportunity to meet him and call him a friend.  My prayers to his family.   His memory lives on.

He wasn't just a co-worker or boss, I'm proud to also call him a friend. Sending love and hugs to the family, peace be with you all.

I knew Darwin for over 7 years.  I found him to be an honerable and good person.  He wanted the best for those around him.  I wish his family the best.  He will be missed.

It has been my Honor and Privilege to have called Darwin one of my dearest friends for over 46 years. May you rest in peace.

I worked with Darwin in TGA for over 6 years, he was a friend and I will miss him! Please accept my sincere condolences, you are all in my prayers.
