David Paul Johnson

Dave passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on the morning of March 23, 2013 of Lymphoma cancer. He is survived by his wife, Patricia, their fur baby, Snookie, his 100 year old mother, Madeleine; brothers Milton (Pam), John (Adele) and Rolen (Carolyn); 3 step children, John (Vickie) Bachofner, Staci (Robert) Larson and Kris Bachofner; and 4 step grandchildren. He was predeceased by father Milton in 2000.

Dave was born in Coos Bay, Oregon and moved to the Portland area 40 years ago. He was a CPA and attended Oregon State University. He worked at Mentor Graphics as an IT analyst for the past 15 years.

Dave was very active and ran the Portland Marathon in 1991. He loved to travel and was an avid fan of the Portland Trailblazers. He had many friends and will be greatly missed by those who loved him and he will be remembered for his gentle nature, kindness and sense of humor.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 29th at 2:00 pm. at Young's Funeral Home in Tigard, OR.
