

Genevieve was born July 10, 1938 in Naive-en-Bloise, France, the tenth of eleven children to Henri and Marie Vauthier. She married the love of her life Daniel Anthony Tomasso in Naive-en-Bloise in 1958, and moved to Niagara Falls, NY in 1959. In 1971 they moved with their family to Lake Oswego, and then moved to their home on Fishhawk Lake in 1988. She was very proud to be a homemaker and a wonderful teacher of the French language.
She is preceeded in death by her husband and eight of her siblings.
Survivors include daughters Brigitte Murray (Kevin) of Eugene and Bernadine Diers (Stephen) of Sherwood; son Daniel A. III of Conway, Arkansas; sister Yvonne Vauthier of France; brother Denis Vauthier of France; 19 nieces and nephews in France; five grandchildren and one great grandson.
Disposition was by cremation. The family suggests rememberances to the American Cancer Society of Oregon.
