Kenneth David Ziglinski, 69, was born February 12, 1957, in Portland, and died September 6, 2026. A resident of Tigard, Oregon, Kenneth was the kind of man whose presence could fill a room—sometimes with laughter, sometimes with a look that said you might want to rethink your next sentence. He was deeply loved, and he loved in return with a steady devotion that never needed fanfare to be real.
Kenneth attended St. Anthony's grade school and Tigard High School, building the roots that would carry him through a life defined by showing up, working hard, and doing what needed to be done—often with a wry sense of humor close at hand.
For work, he manufactured the utility vaults at Old Castle company. It was honest work, and Kenneth had a strong work ethic that didn’t clock out early. He gave his time and effort freely, the way generous people do—not because they want credit, but because they believe things should be done right.
Outside of work, Kenneth’s adventurous spirit belonged to the outdoors. He loved fishing, hunting, and jet skiing—anything that put him near water, under open sky, or in the middle of a good story. He also loved to walk his dog Coco in the park, and he loved Filipino food, a simple joy he never outgrew and never needed to justify.
Kenneth could be loyal to a fault, but don’t get on his bad side—an honest truth that, in his case, came with a grin and a warning label. He had a way of being both tender and tough, the sort of brother you could count on… and also the sort who would absolutely let you know when you were being ridiculous.
Kenneth is survived by his siblings Roberta Owsley, Daniel Ziglinski, Janice Hartung, and Mark Ziglinski. Siblings that are deceased is Richard Ziglinski and Mary Ziglinski as well as his parents Tony and Pat Ziglinski.
The family would like to thank Prestige Adult Carehome that made sure he was comfortable and gave reassurance to family.
We love you baby brother.
