Marylou was born to James and Josephine Bradley in 1931 in Spokane, Washington and attended Holy Names Academy. In 1952 she married Bernard Francis Lynch and was blessed with seven children, fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Marylou retired from General Telephone Company in Gresham and moved to Tigard, where she was a parishioner at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. She had many friends and enjoyed playing bridge, reading and traveling, especially to Hawaii. She met her goal to treat each grandchild, two cousins at a time to a trip to Maui.
Her husband Bernie and son, Mark Christopher Lynch preceded her in death in the early 1980’s. She is survived by her sister Elizabeth Cotroneo, her sons Bernard Bradley Lynch, Micheal Francis Lynch and Patrick David Lynch and her daughters Loretta Marie Newberry, Linda Marie Hinshaw and Debra Kaye Lynch.
Recitation of the Rosary will be held at Young’s Funeral Home at 7:00 pm on Wednesday May 21st.
The funeral mass will be at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church at 11:00 am on Thursday May 22nd, and interment will follow at 1:30 pm at Willamette National Cemetery.
