Otilia was born in Lima, Peru and passed away peacefully on Friday, December 14 at the age of 91. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Luis Lizarraga. Otilia is survived by her son, Javier (Kindra) of Tigard, granddaughters Alicia (James) Lovell and Nicole (Andrew) O'Neal both of Vancouver, WA and Karli Lizarraga of Beaverton; many nieces and nephews and her greatest joy, her great-granddaughters Mia Lovell and Gracie O'Neal. Special thanks to her niece, Janina Karr, for her loving care of Otilia for the past 5 months. A Memorial Mass will be held Dec. 28 at 11 am at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 5105 SW Franklin Ave., Beaverton. Donations may be made in Otilia's memory to the St. Cecilia Parish.
