A funeral service for Russell will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Young's Funeral Home, 11831 SW Pacific Highway, Tigard, OR 97223. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Happy Valley, OR 97086.
