She died Wednesday, October 27, 2010 after a five year fight with breast cancer. Her memory lives on through her many friends; her partner, Steve Shobe; her daughters, Traci Bridges and Tawny Schlieski and her grandchildren, Joseph and Brandt Bridges.
There will be a celebration of her life, Sunday, November 14, 2010 beginning at 1:00 pm at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club, 4805 SW 229th Ave in Aloha, Oregon 97007. The family suggests donations to Susan G. Komen Foundation in lieu of flowers.
