This is one of my favorite photos of Ann taken 2 years ago when Bill was in the hospital. She looked so darling sitting in my car having to stretch to look out the windows. I told her I thought she needed a booster seat. She scowled at me, but then obliged when I said "Smile, you look adorable".

There are more great memories of Grandmom than I could type in a day. We went on many adventures together and I learned a great deal for her. I love the fact that she always drove cars with manual transmission. Sooooooo Many Wonderful Times at the beach or the mountain and just hanging out with her at home. She was always a strong and feisty woman who spoke her mind. I LOVE Her with All of my heart and her memories will be cherished for ever. Love you Grandmom and thanks again for all of the wonderful times we shared

Mom was feisty as anyone who knew her and loved her could attest. She loved truly and unconditionally. She made the world a better place. Have fun up there Mom. Until we meet again.

One of my favorite stories...Aunt Ann and Uncle Bill have always loved my sour cream coffee cake. I've been making it since I was eleven years old. One day we were all at the beach and I decided to make the cake. We didn't have an electric mixer so I was trying to beat the sugar and butter together; I was probably about 13 and it wasn't going so well. Aunt Ann popped into town and bought me my own electric mixer for the beach house. And that was Aunt Ann at her finest...always watching out for the children, paying attention to the children, helping the children, loving the children. I have so many more stories, but they all have the same theme, Aunt Ann loved me, and I knew it.
