Barbara A. Bode

In her younger years, she worked at Valley Fair Dress Shop in Timonium. She later spent many years working at AAI in Cockeysville during her professional career. In retirement, she continued doing what she loved by working at Valley View Farms, where she enjoyed being surrounded by flowers, plants, and people.

In her retirement she found a love of gardening and flowers and took great pride in the many plants and gardens that filled her one-acre property. Her home was a place of beauty, color, and care, reflecting the love she poured into everything she did.

Her memory will continue to bloom in the gardens she lovingly tended and in the hearts of all who knew her.

Barbara is the wife of the late Lawrence Calvin Bode, Mother of Deborah A. Sestero and Michael L. Bode; cherished Maw Maw of Tina, Jenny and Little Mike; great Grandmother to Elena and Sophia.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Lemmon Funeral Home, of Dulaney Valley, Inc.10 W.Padonia Road, Timonium Maryland to 21093 on Friday May 15,2026 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Graveside services and burial will be held at Poplar Grove cemetery immediately following the visitation beginning at 11:45 a.m.
