Betty Bixler Kelm

On April 18, 2018 Betty Bixler Kelm, 90; loving wife of the late Robert B. Kelm; beloved mother of Barbara B. Jackson, and J. Robert Bixler, II and his wife Lauren; cherished grandmother of Matt Jackson, IV; dear sister of Shirley Nash, Mary Lou Kazmerski, Robert Fowble (Arlene), Joan Hanst (John) and the late Irvin W. Fowble, Jr.; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road), Timonium, MD 21093 on Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 3 to 6 pm.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated at Ascension Lutheran Church, 7601 York Road, Towson, MD 21204 on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 11 am.

Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed in Mrs. Kelm’s memory to Shriner’s Hospital for Children, Office of Development, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
