On August 11, 2011 BETTY FINLEY PHILLIPS; loving wife of William B. Phillips and the late Otto Lengerhuis, Jr.; sister of Mary Virginia Webster and A. Earle Finley, II. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
