Family was the absolute center of Bonnie's world. She poured her heart into being a devoted mother and grandmother, always making sure each family member knew just how deeply they were loved. Bonnie was her grandchildren’s fiercest protector and most enthusiastic cheerleader, rarely missing a sports game or event. Her family will forever cherish the memory of looking into the stands and seeing her there, supporting them with a proud smile.
A woman of deep and abiding faith, Bonnie was a profoundly spiritual soul. She found daily strength, comfort, and wisdom in her faith, faithfully reading her Bible every single day. Her life was a living reflection of the grace, kindness, and love she found within those pages.
Bonnie was the beloved wife of Harry A. Gonzales for 51 yrs.; beloved mother of Heather Wassell and her husband David; dear sister of Karen Bryne; cherished grandmother of Lucas and Lucy Wassell
The family will receive friends in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 from 5 to 8 PM.
Bonnie’s life will be celebrated at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 24 at 10:00 AM.
Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
