He knew my swing better than me - and better he taught me what to look for and the fix when things went awry. He also taught my son, and even my wife. I will miss all the talks about the golf swing, and life, we had.

Bruce was such a caring person who made golf a fun part of our lives. We were so grateful to him for his knowledge and skill as a coach and teacher. It was clear that he loved people and brought so much joy to others! Rest in peace, Bruce.

Bruce was a outstanding teacher and supportive person. I was so sad to see his obituary today. You will be missed by you many friends and student. God Bless you.

One swing and he always figured out what you were doing wrong - amazing. And he always had a good story as a reference. The barn cats and all of us will miss you buddy.

Bruce will be so greatly missed by many friends and students.  He had coached me for 28 years and was always supportive, encouraging and did it with humor and grace.

Bruce was always in a good mood. I remember when I was 16 and starting to play golf, Bruce was a young asst. pro at Pine Ridge. I would go to practice and see him practicing or playing.  One day he was playing #5 as I was walking to the practice green and stopped to watch,he chipped in for eagle. 2 weeks later I was watching him come up #18,and he chipped in for eagle again! I thought he did that all the time! I was in awe of his game. May you rest in peace Bruce.

So many wonderful memories from Dulaney High School. Bruce was always smiling and making me laugh. He had a wonderful way of helping others feel good about themselves. I am so sorry for your loss.

Took my first lesson from Bruce 25yrs ago. Had my last lesson with Bruce this past Sept. What a wonderful teacher. One simple tweak of the grip or shoulder turn and magically I was bombing it down the middle again. Bruce made golf fun and simple. He'd say "go ahead and move the ball out of the divit- this isn't the U.S. Open"  
Here's hoping all your putts are now gimmies.  You'll be missed.  - JA
