Peacefully and surrounded by family on May 29, 2013, C. RUSSELL "Russ" CASPER; beloved husband of the late Hilda M. Casper (nee Bennett); adoring dad of Sandra Dell and her husband, the late Edward Lee; brother of Florence Hazel and Katherine Rollis; "Pap" to Tracie Sturgill and her husband Lee, Cynthia Gonzalez and her husband Edgar and Steven Dell. Also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be celebrated in the funeral home on Monday, June 3 at 11am. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
