Charles Edward Dailey, Jr.

Charles E. Dailey, Jr. passed away on November 20, 2025; loving husband of Diane L. Dailey; beloved father of Colin Dailey and his wife Vanessa, Paige Stern and her husband Andrew, and Graham Dailey and his wife Amanda; dear brother of Dr. Andrew T. Dailey and his wife Gintari; Also survived by 6 cherished grandchildren, and 3 nieces and a nephew.

Charles attended the McDonough School for lower and middle school and graduated from Loyola Blakefield. He then enrolled in the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and graduated from Loyola University with a BS degree. He furthered his education with an MBA from Loyola University. Mr Dailey spent his entire business career at Tilley Chemical for 47 years where he was admired for his dedication, breadth of knowledge, and incomparable memory. He will also be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, caring brother, and affectionate PopPop.

A funeral service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church, 3100 Monkton Road, Monkton, Maryland 21111 on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 12 PM.

Interment Private.
