David Michael Jakubowski

David M. Jakubowski, 72, passed away on July 16, 2021; Beloved father of Jason Jakubowski, A. Meredith Levi (Nicholas), and B. Andrew Jakubowski; cherished grandfather of Benjamin and Connor Levi; dear brother of Sandra Quandt; also survived by his former wife Judith Jakubowski.

The family will receive friends at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) on Saturday, July 31, 2021 from 2 to 3pm with a memorial service following at 3pm

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed in Mr. Jakubowski’s memory to the Special Olympics of Maryland, 3701 Commerce Dr., Suite 103, Baltimore, MD 21227
