

David S. Perry, a dedicated Army Ranger, Technical Service technician for Dryden Oil, Castrol, and BP, and passionate advocate for the home building community, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
David’s life was defined by service, discipline, and a deep love for his family and his country. He began his dedicated path early, earning the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout and working diligently as a paper boy in his youth.
A true patriot, He served with honor in the U.S. Army as an elite Ranger and paratrooper. Following his military service, he channeled his energy and focus into a distinguished career as a Lobbyist for Home Builders, where his strong voice and dedicated work helped shape the community.
In his personal life, David was a man of diverse passions. He was a keen writer who appreciated the power of the written word. He found great joy in the music of a bygone era, often listening to The Beatles, Buddy Holly, and the Doobie Brothers. His favorite place to relax and find peace was Ocean City, Maryland, a cherished destination where he made countless memories. During David’s college days as he wisely used his GI Bill he enjoyed he Bartending until he proudly graduated.
He will be deeply missed by his beloved family, he was the loving husband and Soulmate of Patricia Perry for 41 years; son of the late John and Leah Perry; dear brother of John “Jay” Perry, III, Steven Perry, and the late Ellen Croll; brother-in-law of Michael Jennings,, Duane Jennings, and Janet Lazzaro; Also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends and colleagues whose lives he touched .
Services will be announced.
