David F. Prosser, 71, passed away on November 2, 2018; devoted husband of Cynthia M. Keller-Prosser; beloved son of Josephine Prosser and the late Frederick; father of Angela Bateman, and Daniel Prosser; dear brother of Barry Prosser and Joanne Lupus; also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY, INC., 10 W. Padonia Rd. (at York Rd), Timonium, MD 20193, on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM with a memorial celebration to be held at 7:30pm. Interment private.
