Deborah "Debbie" Ann Sandy (nee Yingling) passed on September 7, 2026, at the age of 64, having been born on March 12, 1962, in Baltimore, and residing in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania; beloved wife of the late Walter A. “Wally” Sandy, Jr.; loving mother of William Dakota Sandy; dear sister of the late William "Lenny" Leonard Yingling; dear aunt of Angelia Yingling-Crawford, and the late Billy Yingling; great-aunt of Trevor Earls; dear sister-in-law of Linda Sandy, Sherry Sandy and William “Bill” Sandy, Sr. Also survived by her cousins and other loving family and friends. She was an angel her on earth and will be missed by all.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road Timonium, MD 21093, on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 10-12 pm with a Celebration of Debbie’s life beginning at 12 noon. Interment to follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
