Prochazka; loving father of Kathy Grall (George), Frank W. Prochazka, Darlene Rothwell (John Thompson) and David Prochazka; dear brother of Mary Kotras, William Prochazka and the late Joseph, Bessie and James Prochazka; cherished grandfather of Darcie Rothwell, Donald Prochazka, Zachary Rothwell, Frank Prochazka, Jr., Julie Rothwell, Bret and Mara Prochazka.
